This time I want to share with you my experience with Clean & Clear products. I've been using their products since I was around 13 years old. That time I was using their facial wash, toner, moisturiser, compact powder and oil absorbing sheets. I never had any skin problems every time I use the products which is great because teenagers tend to have skin problem such as acne. When I was in senior high school, again, I used Clean & Clear because I had acne problem because I had so many outdoor activities! I also back to them when I was pregnant last year. Now, I am still using some of their products to minimize my skin problem with acne since now I like to use makeup. See? I always back to Clean & Clear every time I have a skin problem, I love what their products does for me.

When I was a teenager, I want to be loved for who I am and I was a bit afraid of being judged by the other while I am still figuring out who I really am. Well, every teenagers have their own problems and insecurities. Luckily, I never had a major skin problem, especially with acne since I was young until now, which is great. I feel confident with my skin condition. When I feel confident and have no insecurities about my skin appearance, I can express my self and so people can see the real me. Never let your insecurities out shined your beautiful personality. Be confident and be the real you. Do anything positive that makes you feel happy and creative.

Being different from anybody else is good, each one of us have different talents, so don't ever let other people's negativity influenced you. Do the best of what you like and be a good inspiration for others.

Don't ever be afraid to be the real you!

Skincare routine - updated!

Hi everyone! 

This time I want to share with you about my updated skincare routine. I posted my previous skincare routine on 2013 and now it's completely different. Back in the day it was like a complete SK-II routine for day and night… which is crazy because this brand is helllaaaa expensive. Well, I am still using their cellumination line but I think I won't repurchase them because … you know.

For me, it is important to have such a healthy skin to make me feel more confident. I have a very very dry skin and I have to do my best to keep it moisturised day and night. So far, I am happy with my skincare products.

For the last few months I've been using Foreo Luna mini and Philosophy Purity to wash my face. Both of them are amazing. Love my Foreo but I think I'll use another product when I finish my philosophy Purity. I like it, but I don't know, my skin feel so dry every time after I use it. Around 2-3 times a week I exfoliates my skin using St. Ives apricot scrub. Loooovveee the smell of it. It does really makes my skin feel so smooth and fresh! A highly recommended product. And one more thing, I don't use my Foreo after I scrub my face, I only wash it with my philosophy purity and that's enough.

My morning skincare routine is between Clinique and SK-II. When I have dry patches I like to use SK-II facial treatment essence (which is my holy grail product!), serum and moisturiser and when my skin is well behave I use my Clinique moisturiser. These products are great, especially the Facial Treatment Essence, I can't live without it.

At night, after I wash my face I only apply my SK-II facial treatment essence and a few drops of maracuja oil from Tarte. These two are bad ass! I wake up every morning with a healthy and moisturised skin since I use them for the last couple months.

I am a lip product junkie. I had a very dry and chapped lips and that's why I like to try sooooo many lip products to find my holy grail lip balm and lipstick. I have found some of my favourite products and my recent fave are EOS in medicated tangerine flavour and Rosebud Salve. I also like my vaseline lip therapy, tender care from oriflame and nivea lip butter. 

  

For lotion, I always choose the one with whitening or anti aging formula and this Vaseline lotion have them both. I am living in Surabaya and let me tell you something about the weather… it is freakin' hottt!

That's why I need a whitening lotion so my skin doesn't gets darker. I almost finish with this one, I already have a backup… which is St. Ives lotion. Haha!

So, that's it. Now I have a more simple skincare routine and so far so good. I am happy with all my skincare products. I know some of them are pricey but it lasts for months or almost a year! Which is great. I think so far my most favourite are my SK-II facial treatment essence, Tarte maracuja oil, EOS medicated tangerine and St. Ives apricot scrub.

secret mascara!

Hi everyone! Glad to be back!

Yes.. this time I want to share with you my personal opinion about a secret mascara.

So, an agency emailed me couple weeks ago and said that they want to send me a secret mascara from a brand… they said that it is a high end brand mascara and the brand products sells in Sephora.

I was like… hhmm… interesting! I love most of high end brands in Sephora… well, who doesn't ??

The package came in a small black box with an off white bow and the mascara itself in black tube and silver cap and no brand on it. Mysterious… haha! 

When I open it I was a bit … hhmm… not so happy about the bristles.

Yes, I am not a big fan of mascara with plastic bristles, I don't know why, I never use rubber bristles before but I just don't like it. And now I am happy that I have a chance to try one and see how it works.

I've tried this mascara twice… and I love it.

It's a black colour mascara and so far all I can say about it is that it is a volumizing mascara (which is good) and seriously waterproof… another good thing is that you won't see any residue or colour transfer to your under eye area. I have no idea if this mascara really works that way but that's my impressions when I applied this mascara on my lashes that lasts for about 6-8 hours.
